Georgia Asphalt was founded in 2019 by Shea Jenkins with one straightforward goal: give homeowners and businesses a paving contractor they can actually trust. Too many property owners have dealt with contractors who disappear after the estimate, cut corners on the job, or leave calls unreturned. Shea started Georgia Asphalt to be the opposite of that.
Shea brings hands-on construction and project management experience to every job through his work with Design Core Construction, LLC. That background shapes how Georgia Asphalt operates from day one of a project to the final walkthrough. Clear communication, honest pricing, and quality workmanship are not selling points here. They are the standard.
Georgia Asphalt is based in Cherokee County and serves residential and commercial customers across Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. We work with homeowners, property managers, HOAs, apartment communities, retail centers, and general contractors on projects of all sizes. Whether you need a new driveway in Woodstock or a full parking lot overhaul in Alpharetta, we bring the same level of care to every job.
Our services cover the full range of asphalt work. We handle commercial asphalt paving, parking lot paving and repair, asphalt milling and paving, resurfacing, overlays, sealcoating, crack sealing, and parking lot striping. On the residential side, we specialize in driveway paving and driveway replacement. We also repair concrete curbs, gutters, and sidewalks for clients who need that work alongside their asphalt project.
